MerCruiser & Volvo I/O 20 Hour Service:  *New Engines Only*

 

-Perform a 27 Multi-point inspection. You the customer will receive a copy of the inspection report to indicate all components on the boat were inspected. Any items needing attention will be indicated.

 

-Change oil & filter, change gear lube, check all fluid levels, check belts, clamps & hoses.

MerCruiser I/O 100 Hour Annual Service Includes:  

 

-Recommended each season for best overall performance and longevity

 

-Perform a 27 Multi-point inspection. You the customer will receive a copy of the inspection report to indicate all components on the boat were inspected. Any items needing attention will be indicated.

 

-Change oil & filter, change gear lube, change water separating fuel filter; Pull outdrive to check gimbal bearings, u-joints, bellows & grease. Check engine alignment. Take off prop checks seals & grease prop shaft. Torque manifold & gimbal ring bolts.

 

*We highly recommend changing the Sea-Water pump impeller with the annual service.

Volvo I/O 100 Hour Annual Service Includes:

 

-Recommended each season for best overall performance and longevity

 

-Perform a 27 Multi-point inspection. You the customer will receive a copy of the inspection report to indicate all components on the boat were inspected. Any items needing attention will be indicated.

 

-Change oil & filter, change gear lube, change water separating fuel filter; Pull outdrive to check gimbal bearings, u-joints, bellows & grease. Check engine alignment. Take off prop to check seals & grease. Torque manifold & gimbal ring bolts. When puling a VP drive, replace six (6) lug nuts, two (2) shaft O-rings, and one (1) water passage O-ring.

 

*We highly recommend changing the Sea-Water pump impeller with the annual service.

Winterization Service Includes:

 

Don't chance it with an engine room heater. Get the satisfaction of knowing the engine wont bust from the extreme cold.

 

- Perform a 27 Multi-point inspection. You the customer will receive a copy of the inspection report to indicate all components on the boat were inspected. Any items needing attention will be indicated.

 

- Add fuel stabilizer to gas; Run engine to temperature, this ensure stabilizer made it through fuel system. Fog with storage seal; Drain block and hoses; reconnect hoses and tag.

 

*Winterizing fuel injected motors; add stabilizer to gas; fill water separator filter 3/4 full with 2 cycle oil & remainder with Stabilizer. Run until fogged/smokes and cuts off. Drain block and hoses; reconnect hoses; and tag

 

*Fresh water system and lake calls are additional charges on top of the winterization charge.
